- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discount packages are offered for clients looking to schedule repeat services, whether weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc. We also apply discounts to first services performed if we are hired for the job! Fees that could be included, and will be explained before acceptance of estimate, are drive times fees. We want to service as many homes as possible which expands our coverage. However, if a home we plan on cleaning ends up being over 25 miles from our main address, there will be a 0.57¢ fee attached to each additional mile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to build rapport with our clients and try to meet them or at least speak with them over the phone to make sure we will have a positive and supportive working relationship. We feel it’s important to make sure our clients are comfortable with us, especially since we are doing services in their homes. We then assess what you’re looking for, doing an estimate by visiting the home or having pictures of the areas to gauge the work needed, and discussing pricing and comfortability of pricing in order to fit the budget and financial circumstances of each individual. Then we schedule your services and move forward!(:
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our mother was in the cleaning business for 15 years and brought us aboard when we were just young teens. She taught us how to get the job done and to get it done right! We go above and beyond to make sure every client is 100% satisfied with our work. Mom has OCD when it comes to cleaning and she passed down those traits to us. Coming home after a long hard day at work, running errands, chasing after little ones all day and anything else life throws at us, walking in your door to your home smelling amazing, everything in its spot and looking fabulous is a wonderful relaxing feeling! That final sigh of relief at the end of your long day.
