Trimmed my hedges that had gotten out of control and looks much better and reasonably priced. Also, very communicative even when I was slow to respond.
I was very pleased with the work Donnie did for me. He even came to do the trimming work for me in the rain! His price was very reasonable and he did a very professional job and was quick & tidy. I would highly recommend him for any of your landscaping & yard work.
He did a great job taking out three big bushes! Would definitely hire again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be competitive as possible, I try to deliver quality work guaranteed every time I take on a job. I believe my work speaks for itself and I charge accordingly. sometimes a customer may not understand if we can do a job faster or simpler it doesn't necessarily mean it's easy. The experience and knowledge may play a factor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting new customers, I'm kind of a humorous guy with energy so I like different personalities. working with people is natural to me, I can say I'm good at it. once we've discussed the work it will be done then or scheduled to be done at a later date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years experience in the field, several companies before starting my own business.
