Mary Petrone who owns Petrone locksmith Inc. it’s someone that I will always call if I need a locksmith for anything. She has helped me out immensely twice before my front door knob and lock fell right out of my front door last night and she was here within a half an hour of me putting up or posting something on thumbtack she’s amazing does fantastic work and is extremely professional. I would recommend her for anyone

Mary installed a new electronic deadbolt at my home. She was very responsive, helping me select the right product and explained how she would need to install it on my older door (on which the existing lock couldn’t be replaced). She arrived when she said she would, completed the work quickly while answering my questions, and she confirmed that everything was in working order before she left. I would not hesitate to work with her again and would highly recommend her!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend Petrone Locksmith enough! Mary was prompt, professional, and communicated every step clearly. I had a smart lock that needed installing, and she did an incredible job. My door only had one hole, so she had to carefully create another for the deadbolt, chisel out the latch area, and fit everything perfectly -she made it look easy! As a single woman homeowner, I can’t tell you how much I appreciated having another woman come out to do the work. She made me feel completely safe and comfortable, and she had such a warm, friendly personality. She arrived on time, worked efficiently, and really knew what she was doing. My new smart lock looks great and works perfectly. Her prices were very reasonable, and she even went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up just right. I’m so happy with the result and will absolutely be booking her again for any future lock or security needs. Highly recommend!

Can not emphasize enough how great Mary was! Prompt, responsive, professional, nice, kind, personable, efficient, affordable!!!! just to name a few things. I can only pick 3 of the five reasons to give Petrone Locksmith, LLC 5 stars. So, as a punctuality challenged person, I don't care too much about punctuality. But she was punctual! She responded immediately when I reached out. She was able to schedule me quickly and I have a crazy schedule. Quality was excellent! and value??? I expected to pay 2-3 times as much. And when I had trouble with one lock (user error, I am the user) she returned to 'fix' the problem (there was no problem, it was me not knowing how to use the lock type) and she could not have been more gracious. I chose to contact her because of her reviews and she is worth every single review. Most impressed. Can not recommend Petrone Locksmith highly enough. Thank you:)
