- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very straight-forward. I usually quote a fixed price. When I do, it includes all elements of the job, including revisions until you are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training as a commercial artist, but I am always looking at new materials, colors and technologies that can be applied to retail design, even when others are not thinking in the same direction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been an artist, or designer. From a very early age I knew I wanted to pursue something where I could use that ability. Having majored in psychology in college, I decided I could blend the two in order to influence consumer behavior in retail settings.
