As a 68 year old woman with two knee replacements I was very hesitant about going back into the gym. I wanted to make sure I found a trainer that had experience with working with someone like me. I was recommended by a close friend so see coach Will and I am so thankful I took her advice. He was very patient with me from day one and his experience shows, I did all sorts of challenging workouts that were modified to work around my knee pain. But they are stronger than they ever have been before and I lost 40 pounds during my program, I plan on sticking with this for a very long time.

I enjoyed working with Will and I temporary basis. He gave me a class on workout. It was great good teacher knowledge about this program and I just responded on an operation I had on my rotator cuff.
