I enjoyed working with Will and I temporary basis. He gave me a class on workout. It was great good teacher knowledge about this program and I just responded on an operation I had on my rotator cuff. He was showing some of the demonstrations I need to keep the arthritis and shoulder intact and II enjoyed working with Will and I temporary basis. He gave me a class on workout. This is my first experience which has been productive and encouraging. I now believe I can do this, due to the “get it done” attitude of Coach Will. Coach mixes up the routines, so no two days or two weeks are the same. He understands how to engage most of your muscles while focusing for example your arms. I find great value in his expertise. I would recommend him for the motivated individual who is ready for a sustainable life change.

Working with Coach will is one of the best decisions you can make, while working with him, I felt strong, motivated, energetic and had a positive outlook that with him I could reach my health goals. He pushes you to do things that you would never think you could, and he holds you accountable for showing up for yourself. Unfortunately, I had to move far and could not continue with him, and I found that the heat that he puts into it is not easy to find elsewhere. Even once I moved, Coach Will continued to reach out to hold me accountable for what he knew my goals to be. Coach Will is who you need to reach your fitness goals, he will give you that push and attention to go forward and be the you that you want to be!
