Jamar and his team did a great job on identifying the issue I had with my plumbing and making sure everything was fixed. Sometimes finding work on Thumbtack can be sketchy, but Jamar made me feel comfortable from the get go and was very professional and kind throughout the process. Jamar was excellent to work with. He was professional, on time, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. After I spent half the day trying to DIY my plumbing issue, he came in, assessed the situation quickly, identified the problem, and got it fixed. He even gave me a little grace after my own attempts to tackle it first. 😅 What I appreciated most was that he took the time to explain what was going on, completed the repair efficiently, and cleaned up after himself before leaving. If you're looking for someone who is reliable, courteous, and knows what they're doing, I highly recommend Jamar. Thank you again for the great service!

Jamar arrived for our appointment to fix a leak we’d noticed coming from the shower head. He quickly determined that the leak was isolated at the shower head itself and was not an actual leak in the plumbing of our home as we’d suspected. As such, there was really nothing for him to fix, since we didn’t have a replacement shower head in hand (and that’s also something we can handle changing out ourselves). Despite the time spent, Jamar declined payment for our service call. We are so thankful for his kindness and will certainly call on him again when needed.
