John was responsive and professional from our first communication. He came out promptly when I requested an estimate. Scheduling the work was easy, even though he has a lot of jobs right now.He arrrived promptly on service day and worked really hard to get the job done. Our house is fairly large and it took about 8 hours. He provides his own equipment and does not need a water source. Our house is a newly acquired older house, and he communicated where we have issues with the old windows. I dont think the exterior windows had ever been cleaned, and I was absolutely thrilled to have all of the built up dirt gone! My windows look better than I could have imagined.He communicates throughout the process and is professional and friendly. We will be using John for regular window cleaning maintenance in the future!

If you need your windows cleaned, call John with Clouded Spaces! He did an amazing job on our older home. We have old storm windows and double-hung wooden windows inside the storms. John was meticulous in taking each piece out and cleaning it thoroughly before carefully returning it to its place. When he was done, he took me through each room to make sure I was satisfied with each set of windows. He explained what he did with a couple of troublesome windows as well. Despite the job taking a bit longer than he expected, John told me he is always determined to do his best work regardless of the time involved. John is extremely polite and professional. He is prompt in his communications, even to the point of letting me know he would be a few minutes late yesterday morning. He is a young man you can trust. :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please Note all Prices you may find on my thumbtack are a estimate. I personally either prefer to come take a look at the job and i do a estimate then or you may text me photos so i can count windows.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to send a video introduction and I then proceed to figure out a good time to come give a in person estimate. Then we go from there to schedules.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am educated and trained in all areas of what im licensed and insured to do.
