absolutely the best! several pros responded online but on Andy sent multiple pictures and then reached out by phone to discuss the event, space, options, and then confirm exactly what was best for the party. he was also flexible to add more tables and chairs or change the bouncehouse. it was a very good value too. about 100$ less than competitors for equal or better product and much better service! we are extremely happy customers for Andys services to turn a party with 65 guests (35 kids) into a success!!

Roger was excellent and easy to work with. We only needed the inflatable from 3-9, but he dropped it off for the entire day and came after our party to wrap it up even though it was dark. He was very responsive throughout the period prior to and after the rental. He'd email or call within just a few minutes anytime I wrote with questions. All of our friends were super impressed with the obstacle course inflatable we rented and asked for his info too. The kids had a blast on it, and it was clean and super durable. Loved this rental!

They were always super polite on the phone when I spoke to them before the event. They came and set up before the party started. Our contract stated the party was from 3-7pm so they came and had everything set up before 3. The quality of the moon bounce was great the kids all loved it and had a blast.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a new company so we will go out of our way to please our customers. We will beat any price offered by any of our local competitors. We offer discounts to FCPS and LCPS Schools and Employees. We offer discounts to Churches & Civic Organizations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get details of event, age of children, theme and what is most important to them. We make recommendations on type of equipment, specials and additional considerations that they might not think of. For example, if setting up in a park make sure you have proper permits and if electricity is not available, we can provide a portable generator.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have 2 years working as an operations manager for a Large Inflatables Company before starting my own company.
