I'm a professional ICF certified life coach (PCC) with 17 years of experience. I'm 63 and was an occupational therapist for many years specializing in assistive technology in both pediatrics and geriatrics.
Most of my clients come to coaching with challenging life transitions such as divorce, retirement, career changes, health issues and more. Many are in emotional and spiritual crisis. Some are facing terminal illness.
I have studied spirituality for 50 years from several religions, lineages, teachers including Christianity, Hinduism and Buddhism. I'm formally trained in meditation and I attend silent meditation retreats at least once a year.
Most of my clients work on finding purpose and authenticity in their life; spirituality, connection and mindfulness in their jobs and relationships.
