We were looking for someone to cater our annual company picnic this year. We were hesitant to hire someone who was not local to us after last years debacle of our food being 2 hours late. When I first spoke to Dave he offered to give us a tasting at our office which was very convenient. The food he brought to us for the tasting was really good. He took the time to explain the preparation and the cooking process to us. He was very helpful in the planning stages of our menu. He was at the picnic site cooking when we arrived. The food he made onsite at our picnic was extremely good being fresh off the grill and out of the smoker. He is truly a very affable person. Everyone enjoyed talking to him thoroughly and enjoyed the food he had prepared for us. You won't go wrong hiring Dave to caterer your next event! Great guy serving great food!

Dave is amazing...he is a professional, he is delightful, he handles pressure and perfectionists like me with grace and charm. Simply put--he nails every aspect of what he does...the set up, the food, the service, the attitude. He is on time, he went the extra mile, etc etc. I can go on and on about Dave, the service, the set up and the food, on and on and on. Lets stay on the food a second: it is outrageously delicious. My guests said they have never tasted anything so good. The aesthetic set up of all the cooked was awesome...and several guests asked for Dave;s number for events they did and I have asked Dave to come back to do the food again for my annual party. You can't go wrong. I wldnt use anyone else..

After graduating from The Culinary Institue of America I knew I wanted to work with my father who is aslo a CIA grad But I didnt want to work in a kitchen 40 plus hours a week. Together we have taken North Carolina Bar B Que to best BBQ in the area.

We cater all events: Birthday parties Office Parties Graduations Weddings you name it we have done it and will do it again
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am proud of all the events we have catered. Some of the best Memphis In May Peoples Choice Award Greatest Ribs In America Countless other awards from across the county We have catered in the Capital Building, Pentagon, Ford Theater, On top of Office Buildings in Office garages and everyone of our parties are catered to the best . not one party is more important than the others.
