- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free Estimates, we will come out and give the client a basic understanding of what it will take to complete the job. We offer a ten percent discount for repeat clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key when. Discussing a new project. We want all our clients to be well informed of the process before any work commences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 plus years of on the job training for carpentry (framing and trim), plumbing, painting (interior and exterior), roofing, flooring, ect.
