The airconditioning stopped functioning during the night. They were able to show up first thing the next morning, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it promptly. Definitely would recommend them again!

Excellent response, knowledge and price! This is the kind of customer service treatment every business should have! Although we are with Brennan’s, they were too busy to get to us within 24 hours (3-4 day wait). Hottest days of the year right now and Dynamic immediately came to our rescue! Within a couple hours of speaking with Josh, our AC was repaired! We will be working with Josh @ Dynamic Heating and Cooling for ALL of our HVAC needs from now on. Sorry Brennan’s.

Josh is awesome. Highly responsive, talked me through my questions on the phone number and was at my house that day.
He was kind, professional, mindful of my house and my concerns while also being approachable and friendly.
Had my ac unit pushing out hot air on an 86 degree day and by evening I was sleeping coolly at 67 degrees. I appreciated his insistence on walking through what he was doing, so that I understood why things were acting up and the preventive measures to take.
Look forward to only seeing Josh for preventative maintenance in the future. Highly recommend.

Dynamic install experience! The company name is fitting. I had the pleasure of a pair of outstanding professional, knowledgeable, and surgical techs.. Davey and Paul. They are the Dynamic’s Duo who worked their butts off by removing boiler/and baseboards, so old leaking CarbMonox. did an amazing install of new HVAC with ductwork/Tankless water Heater/ and 3 mini splits which are noiseless and great! Absolutely worth the investment! 👏🏽. Awesome company! Oh and They provided me with heaters during the transition! I’m super satisfied. Try them out before the commercial comps. I wasted 3 months!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are currently offering a discounted diagnostic fee of $49 for ThumbTack customers(Regular price $109)
This covers our trip out and a diagnosis of the problem. This fee is waived if the customer chooses to have Dynamic Heating & Cooling perform the repair(s)
Our repairs are based on flat rate prices. There are no surprises after the work is done and no hourly rates.
We also offer a maintenance plan. We call it the “Dynamic Service Plan” or “DSP” for short. This maintenance package is $240/year per system. It involves 2 seasonal check-ups (1 heating 1 cooling), 15% off all repairs, priority service and NO overtime fees.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There isn’t any shortage of “HVAC guys” out there who will come “fix” your system. Here at Dynamic Heating and Cooling we make it our mission to develop a long term relationship with the customer. All of the work we perform is guaranteed! Also do your research. Make sure the “company” coming to your home or business is Licensed and insured. We are by no means the cheapest company out there, but there is a reason, we don’t cut corners and we always do the work right!
