Did not know what his work would be ? I needed to have him put ceilings fan which did not have any wire or hook.
1. He made sure my floor is protected and put a rug ,
2. Also wrapped plastic all my furniture carpet and tv . So dust would not spoil them
3.he consulted with me how the irk would be done
4. He had to cut dry wall and pull through wires
5. Put new switch, new cables
6. Repaired dry wall, painted and dried the paint
7. Closed out the work after cleaning the floors and wiping them off

He is punctual, quick to respond, patient, detail-oriented, friendly, reliable, and overall a pleasure to work with. Every time Alexander has come to our home, he has arrived fully prepared with the necessary equipment and supplies. He also takes great care to protect our floors and walls, which speaks volumes about Alexander's professionalism and respect for his customers' homes.
The quality of Alexander's work is outstanding. Both chandeliers have complex fixtures with many individual components, and he was incredibly patient with us as we worked through determining the correct plate configurations and hanging lengths for each one. Our ceilings are quite high, and one chandelier was located in a challenging staircase area. Not only did Alexander successfully install it, but he also re-centered the fixture and repaired the ceiling to ensure everything looked perfect.
What impresses us the most is Alexander's commitment to customer satisfaction. After installing our first chandelier, we decided we did not like the original gold fixture with the bright white lighting. When we exchanged it for a silver version with softer lighting, he graciously returned to reinstall the new fixture without hesitation.
Alexander's attention to detail, craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service are truly exceptional. We have been consistently impressed with every project he has completed for us and will not hesitate to recommend Alexander to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled electrical contractor.
