Very happy with ARC and I definitely plan on using them again! I had an incredibly strange electrical problem in my house and Charles was determined to get it fixed for me. It turned out it was an issue with my generator transfer switch, and Charles spent a lot of time on the phone with the manufacturer as well as looking for the part for me and was able to find it and get it installed, all for an incredibly reasonable price. Thank you!

Tech showed up an hour later than originally estimated and without his assistant. But the service was excellent. Estimated 3 hours to run a 240V from breaker to the middle of the garage, install receptacle, etc. and it was spot on. Tech cleaned up well after the job, waited for me to test out the circuit before leaving. I will definitely look to ARC for electrical services in the future.

Great experience! Our electrical panel was replaced and brought up to code. All work was done quickly, proper permits pulled and everything passed city inspection with flying colors. Communication was excellent!! Would definitely recommend and use again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Troubleshoot jobs are usually time and material. Everything else gets a flat rate. The more work there is the better price I can give on certain projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Residential, commercial, and pipe bending school. Also a bunch of exam prep classes.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started right out of high school in 2000. My dad was a master electrician and so was my grandfather.
