We had William’s team finish our basement, which included a bedroom, bathroom, rec room, and kitchenette. William was great to work with and made sure that everything was done how we wanted it to be. We would definitely work with William again.

William and his group were professional, thorough, hands on, and very responsive. There were a couple of items that needed to be touched up/redone, which can happen with a bigger job like mine. William and his team had these items taken care over within 72 hours without issue. As for the other 99% of their work, they did a fantastic job building out my basement and bathroom! I recommended William to neighbors and friends and will hire him in the future for other projects.

Lawson Development Group did a fantastic job finishing our basement for our family. It was great working with William and his team. I was able to connect with William at any time with any questions or concerns through out the whole renovation. After getting a few different quotes we needed up going with William, because of his fair price and kindness. With any major renovations you are bound to have some unexpected hiccups. When those arose William was so relaxed, calm and reassured us that everything will work out and not to worry. We love our basement. We are so grateful for William, his team and what they did for our family. Our basement turned out beautifully. Thank you again.

Beautiful room addition to our home! We have been searching for someone to finish a space in our basement. Not only did Lawson Development provide an honest and fair quote but they were able to start our project right away and completed it within one week. The work quality is absolutely beautiful and the concept was exactly what we wanted. Throughout the process William remained responsive and communicated with me daily to ensure the project was completed to our satisfaction. The pictures show the before and after of our basement room addition!
