- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No,i look at everything before I give a quote. Its much better to see a potential project first. That way i can give an accurate price to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will call and speak to the potential customer and offer them a free estimate on their project.we would then schedule a day and time that is good for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 35 years experience in the construction teades. I have a carpenters diploma. I also am a master painter and drywall person. I received my carpentry diploma in 1979. I joined the painters union in 1982.I started finishing basements,kitchens,bathrooms around 1994.
