What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat rate pricing for our standard services. Since offices can vary greatly. We would have to do a walk through to be able to provide an accurate quote. Some customers may only need a room or two cleaned in their home. So we are able to provide a custom quote based on how much needs to be done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go over their specific needs and customize our processes to meet their needs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
-Make sure they are licensed, bonded and insured. -Make sure they use employees and not independent contractors. -Make sure they use quality products! Did you know some companies use cheap knock off brands and water down their products! We only use name brand products and never water them down. We are licensed, bonded and fully insured. So that in the unlikely event something happens we are fully covered! Our cleaners are employees and have passed a nationwide background check and drug test.
