They did a great job even with trying to work around the rain. My husband and I are very pleased.
He was very prompt with his original response to my request and we set a time to meet to establish a quote. Early on the day of the set meeting I tried to email him to confirm our appointment, he responded 2 minutes before the decided upon time (in which I left work early to be there for) he emailed me back saying he wasn’t going to make it and didn’t want to reschedule. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time and money because I had to leave work for nothing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling to meet face to face is my most comforting and ensuring way to first communicate with any new client. This is the best method so that I, as the provider, can get a better idea of what might be needed and what the client really wants.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Grew up with family that knows the trade well and I just enjoying completing new projects and leaving behind something we created.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked directly with residential clients, aswell as contractors that sub contract us for commercial projects.
