Working with Russ was a pleasure. He was very professional and easy to work with. He took his time and did a great job of tuning our piano which had been in storage for a few years. I will definitely be using him in the future.

Russ came on Friday March 2nd the day of the wind storm. He took the time to tune my piano which had not been tuned in many years and was able to work through the electricity going out, the dog barking because of the wind and me standing and watching the process. He was very professional and talked me though the different steps of tuning my old piano. When he was finished the price Russ had quoted me was the exact price for the tuning. The piano sounds beautiful and I look forward to working with him in the future. I highly recommend Note by Note Tuning.

Russ from Note by Note was fantastic. He really took his time explaining the ins and outs of our newly purchased (but old) baby grand. He was honest with his advice and after being very patient with us, he tuned our piano perfectly. We highly recommend him and will definitely use his business again!

yes these prices can be seen on the web site they are listed on the services page.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After scheduling an appointment, I go out to the customers location and inspect the piano. Then I let them know of any issues I have found. I check the pitch of the piano and advise the customer of what actions may need to be done with their piano.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied at The Butler School of Piano Technology. Have taken many technical classes on piano technology and certified climate control system installer.
