- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After scheduling an appointment, I go out to the customers location and inspect the piano. Then I let them know of any issues I have found. I check the pitch of the piano and advise the customer of what actions may need to be done with their piano.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied at The Butler School of Piano Technology. Have taken many technical classes on piano technology and certified climate control system installer.
