We negotiated a reasonable price to remove a dead tree from my mother’s yard.
Work was scheduled for 9/11 but they did not show up. Rescheduled for 9/14 and they again did not show up. They then ghosted us and would not answer the phone or respond to our messages. This was unprofessional.
Pros: They came out quickly to provide an estimate, the price was good, and they were very kind to my mother.
Cons: Failed to show up for scheduled work, twice. Poor communication. Unprofessional.
