- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair pricing, so I do my best to keep all my pricing below market average.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients I keep the process very simple. I like for the customer to tell me the job to be performed along with any concerns in addition to preferred date and time. I always respond to message in most cases within two minutes and send ETA when in route to client location and updates on my ETA when there is any delays due to traffic or other issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as an ironworker for many years which help me to understand assembly instruction and the various anchors to be used in the many mounting job that I perform daily.
