What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started working in my field when I was 14, which gives me over 20 years experience. I believe you learn by doing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father owns a masonry company, I started working for him at 14 years old. Since then I have been a foreman, an assistant manager and manager of some of the largest brick companies in Virginia, however, it kept me from my family a lot of times, so I decided to make the leap and start my own masonry/concrete company. Best decision I've ever made.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always get a second opinion and ask for references.
