- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m very fair, and willing to work around someone’s budget. I enjoy this field of work, and bringing a smile or sigh of relief to someone is worth more to me than a dollar amount. We also offer single parent, teacher, first responder and veteran discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting on the phone, or conversing through email/text and setting up a date to go over the work order and seeing what’s expected and how we can meet their needs.
