The handyman was very knowledgeable and helpful, he was on time and able to inform me of the situation with the Gazebo. I bought it manufactured and it was missing a lot of parts. So, I requested a replacement. Just waiting for it to be picked up. He did inform me to contact him back once the replacement arrives.
