Needed to stabilize my deck to accommodate a hot tub. Brad of Rockingham Property Management came out to evaluate my deck and provided detailed observation of work required to secure the deck for the weight of hot tub based upon my decks condition. He evaluated material costs with various suppliers and provided a great price for materials and labor. Hot tub will be installed within a few weeks for the final test. Overall, I would recommend this contractor. Professional and always kept us informed during the process.

I had the pleasure of having my bathroom painted by Rockingham Property Management and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. The work was done with the utmost care and I appreciate the going the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Will definitely hire again and recommend anyone reading this do so as well.

Very easy to work with! The quality of this company’s work is great. We had no trouble scheduling and in fact the owner was able to get us in even quicker than we thought possible. Pricing was terrific. They arrived on time, were very professional and explained things very carefully for us in a way we could understand. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!
