Taking pride in doing a quality job for an affordable rate is something I've always believed in. Building a trusting relationship with customers is very important to me. I have 20+ years of experience in the repair, and construction industry. If it needs to be fixed I'm your guy. In addition to being a licensed contractor my business is also insured.
Operating hours are 8AM to 5PM on weekdays unless emergency service is scheduled, or additional time is required to complete a project that has been started prior to 5PM. Saturdays are available from 8AM to 2PM by appointment only.
Rates are $80 per hour for handyman, or mechanical work. Parts not included in hourly rate. No show up, or trip fee.

We hired Matt to do some routine maintenance on our home’s HVAC system and we ended up getting so much more. When I mentioned some hot spots, Matt found the dampers hiding in our system and showed us how to adjust them so our upstairs would get much more needed airflow during the summertime. When I asked about a supply in a bathroom that never blew out air since the day we moved in, he quickly triaged the issue and hooked up the appropriate ductwork. Matt fixed, what I thought to be, a complicated (and expensive) issue quickly and painlessly.
I’ve worked with several other HVAC pros in the past and I can say that none of them ever provided these types of basic solutions, opting instead to blame the system or imply that the issue couldn’t be fixed. It just seems like Matt has more knowledge than those other guys. I’ll be hiring him for all my future heating and cooling needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very fair especially on Thumbtack. No show up fee like most companies which is usually around 100$.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicating by phone call, text, email, or messaging. First, I try to figure how to be of the best service for each particular person, or persons. Listening completely to needs of the customer and trying to present solutions for the project inquired. If estimates are needed, they will be delivered in timely manner. Then if agreements are made to preform work my goal is show up on time to complete the project in a clean and safe manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 3 year degree in HVAC. A Masters License in HVAC. I'm EPA certified to handle all refrigerants. Carrier/Bryant/Midea Mini Split certified. I've also have taken various other courses.
