- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am much cheaper and more reasonable than the big guys.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the problem, then set about the plan of action. Many times I go to get a look at the machine, and, I travel to you. Or, you bring to me. Whatever works best, so the problem can be resolved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have lots of hands on experience. Jobs, tinkering, and research have brought me to where I am. I study and learn on the fly. I have had a number of years of experience with my current job and past job in the IT field.
