- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can guarantee you that you will receive low-ball rates, but remember that you often get what you pay for. My rates are described upfront so you always know what you're getting. With me, there are no surprises. I offer top-quality work within a reasonable turnaround and I work weekends and holidays to ensure your deadlines are met without charging additional fees. I know how to do my job! I do not need supervision and detailed instructions to provide clients with a product they can be happy to share with colleagues and other firms. Are you tired of the excuses as to why your project wasn't delivered on time or to the quality you expected? I know you're busy professional and I want you to know you can trust me with your next project. If I say I can do it, then I deliver.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer most clients a standard format with intelligent verbatim unless otherwise specified. However, if you would like a specific format please let me know, I am happy to accommodate and I follow any guidelines for formatting standards your company has already established.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
One of the biggest mistakes companies can make is sacrificing the quality of the work in order to save a few dollars. In the end, you will spend more time and money trying to get it corrected. I DO NOT use speech to text software as it is not reliable and will require quite a bit of editing and proofing to make it accurate. Beware of providers who state they can get your job done quickly because they utilize this type of software! I proof all of my work prior to submitting and I capture every word! I make every effort to satisfy all of my clients needs when it comes to budget and turnaround. If there are any necessary changes I am more than happy to make them!
