Fairly quick response. We had a fridge noise issue. Instead of coming in and charging for that visit, he asked for a video of the noise first. He also advised us over the phone to defrost and see if the issue goes away. We ended up not needing his service. He is a very honest and responsible person. I would definitely contact him first for our future appliance repair needs
