Ahmed was very responsive and he made sure he was on time and was prompt in figuring out what the problem and went ahead to find the right fix. Before he came he tried to get all the info he possibly could to be well prepared to fix the issue. When he came we sound out the problem was something else and he was kind to offer coming back and finding the exact problem and thought out of the box for the fix. Really impressed and happy with his work. Will highly recommend him for appliance fixes.
