I had a great experience with this technician. He responded to my Thumbtack request within 30 minutes and came to my house the same day—which was a huge relief since my freezer had broken down and my food was starting to defrost. I would add punctuality and responsive if I was allowed to choose all five descriptions of the service received. I will definitely use Top Shield for any future appliance repairs. I was very pleased with everything.
