I had a great experience with this technician. He responded to my Thumbtack request within 30 minutes and came to my house the same day—which was a huge relief since my freezer had broken down and my food was starting to defrost. I was called back within 15 minutes of placing my request with Thumbtack. I was scheduled for service call within next hour. Arrival was prompt.
