I would add punctuality and responsive if I was allowed to choose all five descriptions of the service received. I will definitely use Top Shield for any future appliance repairs. I was very pleased with everything.

I contacted Top Shield Appliance about an issue with my Whirlpool washer, and they were incredibly professional and kind. They responded very quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, had the necessary parts available, and were willing to travel. I was called back within 15 minutes of placing my request with Thumbtack. I was scheduled for service call within next hour. Arrival was prompt. Problem with microwave diagnosed, & repair part ordered. Communication was excellent. Microwave repaired on time. Tamin at Top Shield Appliance Repair(703)486-4772 works on all types of appliances. S&B Appliances did an amazing job in getting my dryer back to working status . My technician was able to diagnose the problem immediately and was able to fix it without hesitation . I had a great experience with this technician. He responded to my Thumbtack request within 30 minutes and came to my house the same day—which was a huge relief since my freezer had broken down and my food was starting to defrost.
