I had a great experience with this technician. He responded to my Thumbtack request within 30 minutes and came to my house the same day—which was a huge relief since my freezer had broken down and my food was starting to defrost. He diagnosed the issue clearly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The repair was completed within a few days at an affordable price. I’m really grateful for his quick response and honest work. He’s definitely a keeper, and I’ll gladly use his services again and recommend him to others!

I would add punctuality and responsive if I was allowed to choose all five descriptions of the service received. I will definitely use Top Shield for any future appliance repairs. I was very pleased with everything.

I was called back within 15 minutes of placing my request with Thumbtack. I was scheduled for service call within next hour. Arrival was prompt. A true professional. Even after I decided to replace my dishwasher rather than repair it he helped me select the new dishwasher then fixed a noisy motor in my fridge for the cost of the part.
