- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing of each appraisal depends on the property type, the complexity of the property and time required to complete the assignment as well as based on the turnaround time requested by the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We exchange contact and property information, then coordinate a date and time for the appraisal inspection to take place. After the appraisal appointment at the property, the process to completion takes between one and three days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. I take continuing education classes regularly to stay informed about the appraisal industry. I also have more than 20 years experience as an appraiser in the Washington D.C. metro area.
