For almost a decade I've wanted my unfinished basementremodeled, but I was always too skeptical to invest in a project of this scale. However, through Angi and based on reviews, I went with Total Renovating. Russell and his crew were awesome. They worked within my budget and immediately hit the ground running. Communication was always easy and I was given advanced notice of when workers/inspectors would be by throughout the entire process. And the work was excellent; no corners cut (figuratively). I have no "before" photos to share so these pics don't show exactly how far this basement's come in the last 5 weeks.

Total Renovating LLC was fabulous! They were very responsive, punctual and professional. Kayla was extremely helpful and great in coordinating a good time that worked well to get my junk removed! The team arrived and got it all done quickly and efficiently.

We had Total Renovating remodel our primary bathroom, and relocate the laundry room to the second floor. The end result was beautiful, and we are very happy with the result. The team took our design and made it come to life. Tyron was very responsive and quick to address anything that came up. The team was professional and respectful of our home and our time. Quote and materials selection process was great! We added some items we sourced ourselves, and the change order process was smooth as well. All in all they did a great job and we were very happy

We had an amazing experience with Total Renovating LLC for our basementfinishing and remodel! From start to finish, they helped us stay within our budget while still delivering top-notch quality. Their showroom made it easy to choose flooring and tile, which was a huge help in bringing our vision to life.
The entire crew was professional, respectful of our property, and incredibly friendly with our two young boys, which made the process so much smoother. They also gave us the space we needed while working efficiently to complete the project. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and we couldn’t be happier with the final result—a beautiful new basement space complete with a legal bedroom (including an egress window)/office, full bathroom, and gym that is all up to code.
Communication was seamless throughout, thanks to our project manager, Tyrone, who kept us updated and made sure everything ran smoothly. And a big shout-out to Russel, the owner, who clearly takes pride in delivering a high-quality finished product.

We use fair market pricing and offer discounts when available. By providing a detailed proposal, our pricing/proposals are extremely accurate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.Site visit for first consultation and measurements.
2.Compose and deliver detailed proposal.
3.Meet at showroom to review drawing and finishing materials included in proposal.
4. Sign contract and schedule start date.
5. 3D design composition and finalization as needed.
6. Start and complete project.
7. Certificate of completion and another happy client!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of experience in construction and remodeling. I also have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Management Concentration. By caring an aptitude to render 2 and 3 dimensional drawings, we can achieve perspectives with excellence.
