- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we have menus on our website, we offer 100% customization. We have many appetizers and entrees to choose from; if you don't like one we've put together we should talk, that way we can get you an estimate as accurate as possible.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Weddings, Corporate Parties and Picnics, Graduation parties, Rehearsal Dinners and Anniversary Parties. We'll serve at any type of party though, just give us a call.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We put together an entire wedding reception in the middle of a field. We handled the rental of the tent, tables, chairs, dance floor, lighting, elegant bathroom trailer (with cherry wood and granite counter tops), set-up, prepped the food, served for hours and then tore down everything. It was the best and most elaborate event we've produced yet!
