As someone who has their own small business in the past, I've always admired people who believe in themselves and their craft to do it on their own. Was so glad to find Mark Bailey when we needed an electrician! He responded to my post on Thumbtack within minutes and was able to schedule the evaluation two days later. He walked me through his observations of the issue and gave objective recommendations for how we could resolve it. On the day of the install, he was on time, explained what he would be doing, and was diligent in getting the project finished in short order. Mark helped us install dining room lighting, and replace our front porch lighting with higher quality, LED efficient lights.
He balances function with aesthetic, and took great care to make sure the lights worked, but also looked good in the space. (He even sat at our table with us and pretended to have a “meal” to make sure we liked the way it looked. Who does that except someone who cares a great deal?)
