My name is Mark Bailey With True Quality Electric. I'm an Army veteran and a licensed Master Electrician. As a dedicated professional with 18 years of residential experience in the trade, I pride myself on honest and quality workmanship. My goal is to share my knowledge with the customer so we can address their ideas or concerns as safely and cost efficient as possible. My reviews reflect the quality of work. I cannot stress this enough, I DO NOT GIVE ESTIMATES THROUGH TEXT AND PICTURES. I give FREE in person estimates. When Customers contact me only looking for an estimate I am charged up to $90. Therefore if you are not serious about getting any work done please do not contact me. I am charged for each direct lead and do not wish to pay for someone to just ask questions.

Mark was professional, gave a fair rate and had great communication. He troubleshooted our double tapped breaker and even took the time to answer my questions and teach me some things about the house’s wiring. Overall Mark’s a great guy and is now my go to electrician for anything we need.

Mark and Josue were great. They quickly assessed the situation and replaced a broken light switch in my guest bath. Mark assured me that if the switch for the fan were to stop working he would offer a small discount. The whole process took 15 minutes. I would definitely call them back for my future electrical needs.
