I posted the before and after pictures. He was quick in replacing them. They are dusk to dawn lights and he showed me how to change the light bulb as well. Contact him for your electrical needs. You will not be disappointed.

Mr. Juan Alvarez excellent job at adding electrical wiring and switches before installing my four Ring floodlight cameras. Before arriving Mr. Alvarez confirmed the scope of work and an appropriate time for me to have the work completed. Mr. Alvarez gave me a reminder appointment text before he arrived approximately 15 minutes early. Mr. Alvarez promptly gave a walk through of the completed scope of work. I will contact Mr. Alvarez for future projects. The value and price were exceptional!

Juan did an excellent job installing recess light in our basement area. He was punctual, responsive and also mentioned he will provide 1 year warranty for this recess light installation work. He had communicated ahead to us about making extra holes and he had to make 5 extra hole to install the recess lights and the cost to repair the drywall would be extra on us .
