We do not believe in surprise charges, and any changes are discussed and approved before work continues. Discounts may be available for larger projects or repeat customers.

We start with a free on-site inspection to fully understand the project and existing conditions. After the visit, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing. Once approved, we schedule the project and maintain clear communication throughout to avoid surprises.
