OCJ Construction LLC has been providing services at Merrifield Apartments, and Ive been very satisfied with their work. Their team is reliable, professional, and knowledgeable across multiple trades, including drywall repairs, painting, flooring, and general unit turn work.They communicate clearly, show up on schedule, and complete work efficiently without cutting corners. Any issues that come up are addressed quickly, which makes coordination much easier on our end. We love the work that Oscar and his crew did for our rehab. The drywall and painting looked beautiful when they finished. They were neat and timely with the work that they did. They were also very detailed. I am glad that we went with CJ Construction and we asked them to do additional work for us when they were done with the original job. They also gave us a very reasonable price. 5 STARS!!!!
