The movers came and quickly hell me load and unload my 26 ft truck in the 4 hr time frame. There was no damage to none of my belongings. My husband and i will difinately use ew movers again in the future

They called to cancel 3 minutes after they were supposed to have arrived, and offered no reasonable solution or alternative for completing the move, which ultimately left me to scramble to find another mover. Giving me more of a heads up that they would not be able to make it, finding a replacement for the worker who was unable to be there, or at the very least recommending another mover out company through which to find a mover would have gone a great ways to helping the unfortunate situation, but I was offered nothing more than a sheepish apology. Otherwise they were polite to deal with, but the fact that they did nothing to actually complete the job forces me to give a low review.

We apologize again for any inconvenience we may have caused you. We don't mind the low review but please be accurate when letting others know what happen. We offered to do the job at a later date. We never just said we couldn't do the job. Alternatives were offered and you said you would call back but never did. Again if you are going to speak on something please speak the truth thank you and have a good day

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we contact the customer to see what their needs are. Next we go over a plan. We give a courtesy call 24 hrs before job start time. Another courtesy call when we are in route.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years moving experience. Also 5+ years in home renovations so it helps when moving furniture to know different angles and things.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Moving has been in my family for generations. It comes natural to me.
