FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not always based on the βhow bad the surface looks likeβ we always try to be fear on our pricing depending on the βamountβ of time we will spend and also how much chemical we would use. As many of our customers know we always use chemical on every surface, to perform a better throughout cleaning in a safest way, avoiding damages on your property is a must, take care of your plants is a must, take care of your devices is a must, we always try to perform a quality work and take care of the entire property and belonging. Pricing is just a number, quality sometimes could be priceless.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things firsts, a walk-around of the property is always required for many factors. 1 - to provide an accurate estimate 2 - to make sure what type of siding or surface need to be cleaned 3 - to make sure if the surface or materials are old/new and what cleaning process needs to be performed. 4 - Check the surroundings, are there plants and flowers on the way, could they be affected, or what could be done to protect them. If the customer is looking for the best service, we have to provide it but it takes few steps and for sure a visit to make sure what would be the next move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained about Power washing, pressure washing, and soft washing, using all the different equipments and also the mixing of the different type of chemicals by a pressure washing specialist company in South Carolina.
