What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flat fee management services for $125 per month in VA and $150 per month in DC and MD regardless of the rental price. We also offer a discount on our listing services when you go with us for management.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to go over the client's needs to make sure we are a good fit. We never charge for this.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed broker and property manager in Virginia, DC and MD. My team has over 30 years of experience in the DC metro area and we have been in business since 2014.
