Introduction: I would love to work with you, to get the right home. I have been doing home inspections for over 40 years. I promise to give you a thorough and honest report, as if it was my own home I'm purchasing.
My package includes a written report and pictures, if repairs are needed and after the repairs has been completed, I will re-inspected the repairs for free.
Some of the equipment that I use to inspect a house is ExTech Instruments. The kit includes FLIR I5 Infrared camera, hypro-thermometer, moisture meter, Humidity Temperature and more.
I'm looking forward in helping you with your home inspection needs. I do home inspection anytime of the day, night, weekend and Holidays. My time is your time.
