Samet was a true professional. We needed a closet tubelight to be fixed (we later learnt that the ballast needed replacement) - Samet ensured that he had full details of the wattage and other specifics and came proactively prepared with the required parts. Additionally, we had him install a ceiling fan in one of our rooms. There was a manufacturer defect in the fan that I purchased from Home Depot, which was evident only after the installation was completed by Samet - I first thought it was an installation issue, but he very patiently explained the issue and offered to install it again if I could get it replaced. He did exactly that, and after about an extra one hour, we had a perfectly installed ceiling fan with no issues. Samet did not even think about charging me extra for all the trouble he went through and just said "I need you to be happy with the work done"

Turan Electrical Services was selected by us to install recessed lights in the ceiling of the kitchen, pendant lights over the kitchen island, dimmer switches and a microwave. Extensive wiring was necessary for all outlets, including running wiring for the microwave from the electric panel located on the lower level to the main floor. Any openings made in the wallboard were expertly repaired and look great. We were completely satisfied with the quality of work done by Sam and based on our experience we would most certainly seek their services for any electrical requirements in the future.
