- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different so each price is different . I do want to take the time here to say that we as contractors pay thumbtack money to provide you a quote , the least you can do is respond if only to say thank you for the quote. thumbtack does a great job providing leads and connecting professionals with homeowners who require services. No response after you get the quote is rude, I'm not just saying this for myself but all contractors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide free estimates and I do go by first impressions. If I Iike you then my goal is to help you save money while providing excellent service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When I was younger I apprenticed under two of the best installation mechanics at that time. I still keep up to date on new products and keep an open mind when it comes to better ways to install. I now teach others to do what I do !
