What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $129 dispatch fee and will provide flat project based pricing to complete the job when we get there. If you move forward with the work the dispatch fee is waved.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our licensed technicians will come to your home or business, provide expertise on the issue, and get it fixed promptly. For construction projects our special projects team will work with you to understand your specs and deliver the project on time and budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master plumbing, gas fitting, and Virginia Class A certified.
