Very happy we chose the Curtis Group to update our master bathroom. From our initial contact to the end of the project Curtis was great to work with. Miguel was always prompt kept the the work "mess" well confirmed to the room he was working in and worked from 8a-4p everyday. He did a fantastic job updating our bathroom. The price for labor was locked in and there were no surprises and the quality of work and cost value was perfect. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again on our next home project

It was a pleasure to work with Curtis and Miguel on the remodel of our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. They executed our designs as we requested and communicated well through the whole project. We came across a few obstacles in the kitchen—because we removed 2 bulkheads and a pantry, we had to reroute plumbing and air ducts—which they handled very well. They have completely changed our home for the better!

Curtis Group did great work! Curtis was accommodating when arranging for the initial site visit and estimate. The design was exactly what we agreed on. Once the contract was signed work started on schedule and we were kept in the loop on progress and when the supplies were need for the next phase. When unexpected problems happened Curtis and company ensured it was dealt with promptly.
During the project they were courteous and kept that house as clean as possible.
Working every workday the project was complete ASAP and Their craftsmanship was exceptional.
This was an installation of a basement bathroom that required drains for Shower, sink and toilet, they ensured proper ventilation and tile work was excellent.
I highly recommended Curtis for any project and would definitely hire him again.

Curtis and Apolo did a great job on installing two new vanities and replacing new fixtures in my bathrooms. They were on time and didn't leave until the job was completed. When I called about an issue afterwards, it was resolved first thing the following day. Very nice and professional to work with.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is a great question! First, you should be more concerned with the quality of the work and the thought process that goes into it from design to build and the outcome. That being said, We have given some average cost of different projects below.
Labor: (complete remodel)
Master Bath: $10,000- $60,000+
Full Bath: $7,000- $15,000+
Half Bath: $2,000-$4,000+
Kitchen remodel: $10,000- $150,000+
Professional Fees: (Permit ready plans)
Architectural fees: 7-15+% of projected budget
New Construction: $200-$600+ sqft.
Additions: $200-$600+ sqft.
Handyman Labor: $85-125hr.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a fixed priced contractor. Kitchens and baths you pay labor only.
All new construction projects are per plans and contracted at a fixed contract price.
All our contracts are on a progressive draw payment schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The President and Architectural designer and GC has been in the field of design and build for over 20 years. Thats allot of training!! Education is on going from year to year and we strive to learn as much as we can about our field of work.
