I prefer retainers or project-based work. I have done hourly in the past, but I feel the clients overpay when they do hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a conversation to understand the goals associated with the work. I provide a price and timeline for the buyer to make a decision if I fit their need.
