VP showed up for free, which is something uncommon to locate on this platform today. The technician is knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He checked out the electrical circuit box and suggested upgrading to a new one. Yes, the electrical circuit box I have is old. We haven't decided on the technician's recommendation yet due to circumstances beyond our control, but when we are ready, we will definitely choose their services. Hopefully, a Black Friday sale can kick in … Nevertheless, we also haven't checked out any other company so far, since this isn't like Best Buy or Lowe's doing a price match. The technician was super helpful and really went the extra mile to try and figure out what was going on with our newly installed ceiling fan that wasn’t working for free. Thank you!
