Introduction: I am a multifaceted professional life coach. I hold a PhD in education, with a specialization in educational psychology. My research focusing on motivation theories, informs my coaching practice. I am also an ICF (International Coaching Federation) trained life coach. I specialize in helping individuals recognize their strengths and determine career paths of interest. Mary met with me on short notice while I was having a crisis at my job and was about to quit. I had decided that I had nothing to lose by confronting my bosses to tell them why, and decided to work on an argument detailing what they were doing wrong that was making me unhappy, and what they could do that would make me want to stay, if they did, indeed, want me to stay. I was in a hurry, had a lot to go through, and Mary was really kind and helped me according to my needs and speed, and helped me prepare a cogent argument that I later gave to my bosses, which a complete turnaround that made me decide to stay. She was kind, patient, friendly, approachable, and had excellent advice. I highly recommend her.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer online or in person monthly coaching packages that include: -scheduled weekly/bi-weekly one-hour one-on-one coaching sessions -email and text messaging support -between-session “homework” and accountability checks -in-promptu calls as needed -personality assessments and debriefings Depending on your individual needs, monthly coaching packages range between $300 to $600 per month. A one time coaching session is $150.00 an hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial session, we discuss your coaching goals and obstacles that might be preventing action, such as lack of motivation, fear of failure, procrastination, or an inability to break large projects down into actionable steps. Once we get clear on exactly what you'd like to accomplish, we develop a plan, design accountability, and identify your first action step.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a MS in Educational Psychology and a PhD in Education/Educational Psychology. I'm an expert on motivation and my research informs my coaching practice. In addition, I am an ICF (International Coaching Federation) trained life coach. I specialize in coaching involving executive function and motivation strategies that can be applied to help you achieve career, academic, business and/or personal life goals. I also embed CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) targeting executive dysfunction for adults that have ADHD or experience executive function deficits.
