Veteran Plumbing service did a great job on my leaky/broken kitchen faucet. Their plumber Jim came out the day of the issue, diagnosed it, and was able to come back the next day to install the new faucet I got. Will definitely use Veteran Plumbing again.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and we called Veterans Plumbing. They sent Jose to our house and we found it very easy to work with him. The way Jose worked was very considerate. He put on a protective shoes for our floor. He used a lot of tarp to keep our kitchen dry from the drainage. It took him an hour to clear up the clog. Then he spent a few more minutes explaining to us how to prevent it from happening again. My husband is usually a picky person but even he found it pleasant working with Jose. Definitely recommended.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Up front flat rate pricing. Discounts are offered to VETERANS, FIRST RESPONDERS and PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always on time with prior notification provided with the arrival time. Once at your home, all safety precautions are observed with no exceptions made. Our first priority is the client’s needs and the safety of your home, not our profits like the typical plumbing company in this area. Building trust is the goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a United State Navy Veteran retired with 22 year of mechanical engineering. Specializing in fluid power, piping systems, High pressure steam generation as related to propulsion, fresh water production and storage, water feasting and treatment, steam electrical generators, pumps and other systems. I’m a licensed MASTER Plumber with up to date continuing education of codes and laws.
