I originally contacted Veteran Plumbing about flushing my tankless water heater. But when I described another recent repair (replacing the overflow valve), Jose checked the entire system and determined that we needed to replace our water pressure gauge or I would have the problem again. After getting a quote and doing a little research, I decided that he was right. I was not charged for the initial visit. Jose was very polite and informative and answered all of my questions. I called the office a couple of weeks later to schedule the work (replacing the pressure gauge and cleaning the water heater). Scheduling was easy and convenient. Jose was prompt to the appointment and, again, showed me everything and answered all of my questions. I will be calling Veteran Plumbing again for future needs.

Jose with Veteran Plumbing was so quick, throrough, and friendly. He explained what was wrong (garbage disposal was leaking), showing me the date of the item that had to be replaced (was 15+ years old!), and helped me find a replacement part that won’t have the same issue. He was able to return the same day as the first service call to fix the issue. I would absolutely hire from this team again.

Up front flat rate pricing. Discounts are offered to VETERANS, FIRST RESPONDERS and PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always on time with prior notification provided with the arrival time. Once at your home, all safety precautions are observed with no exceptions made. Our first priority is the client’s needs and the safety of your home, not our profits like the typical plumbing company in this area. Building trust is the goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a United State Navy Veteran retired with 22 year of mechanical engineering. Specializing in fluid power, piping systems, High pressure steam generation as related to propulsion, fresh water production and storage, water feasting and treatment, steam electrical generators, pumps and other systems. I’m a licensed MASTER Plumber with up to date continuing education of codes and laws.
