- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe our prices are way under the price of the competition. We do not want to compete with others Pro, We truly want to make money, but the most important thing is to meet new customers. One happy customer can bring us many more new customer through a referrals . The best way to make a customer happy is: 1) good price. 2) Good customer Services, 3) Always being Professional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to show a really good impression to them, make them feel really comfortable with me bein at their house. I like to ask him for the rooms the would like to clean, and If there are some concerns that they would like to point.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to work in two of the most important carpet clean companies; such Service Master and Stanley Steemer. I received many trainings in this companies. In my opinion the most important one which is Good Customer service.
